Already in a role? A senior engineer mentors you through real-world scenarios in your stack until you can handle them on your own.
One-on-one mentoringRegular sessions on the stack your role uses: concepts, reviews of your practice code, and deployment walkthroughs.
Real-world project practiceWork through the kinds of problems real teams face, in practice projects, until you can solve them yourself.

Your stack isn't here? Tell us what it is, and we'll say honestly whether we can help.
From our engagement records, to date. Engagements with working engineers only; one that spans two technologies counts toward each.
Pick your stack.
One-on-one training starts once we match you with a trainer. Batches open once enough people join a track's list.
We plan to run free monthly live sessions from 2027, taught by engineers who work in the stack. Tell us what you want to learn; the most-wanted technology goes first.

How mentoring works
Private one-on-one sessions with an engineer who knows your stack, at hours that suit your time zone. You do the work; we help you get good at it.
01
Share your goals
Message us on WhatsApp or use the form: your role, your stack, what you want to get better at, and your time zone.
02
Get matched
We pair you with a mentor who works in that stack, and agree timing and goals together.
03
Learn by doing
Screen-share sessions on practice projects built like real work, until you can do it on your own.
Sessions use practice projects and your own learning setup. We never ask for access to an employer's systems, code or data, and we never do your work for you.

What is the difference between training and mentoring?
Training is for learning a stack before you use it at work: a trainer takes you from the fundamentals to job-ready, one-on-one or in a batch. Mentoring is for engineers already in a role: a senior engineer works through real-world scenarios in your stack with you, in practice projects, until you can handle them on your own.
How does the free demo work?
Pick a time on the demo page. It is a video call with one of our engineers, usually 30 minutes, about your goals and your stack. Times are shown in Indian Standard Time, with your own local time if you are elsewhere, and we send the meeting link on WhatsApp before the call. It is free, with no obligation.
A batch opens once enough people join its track's list, and joining is free. When a list fills, we plan the start date, timings, trainer and fee, and email everyone on it. You take a seat only if it suits you; nothing is charged before that.
How soon can one-on-one training or mentoring start?
As soon as we match you with a trainer or mentor who works in your stack. We agree the timing and your goals with you first.
How much does it cost?
It depends on the track, the format and how many sessions you need. Before any paid session we agree the topics, schedule, number of sessions and fee with you in writing, by WhatsApp or email. Demos and free sessions cost nothing.
Can I join from outside India?
Yes. Mentoring sessions run at hours that suit your time zone, and the demo page shows your local time next to Indian Standard Time.
Will a mentor work on my employer's code?
No. Sessions use practice projects, sandboxes and your own learning setup. We never ask for access to an employer's systems, code or data, and we never do your work for you.
What if it isn't working for me?
Cancel any time before your first paid session and we refund everything you paid. If we can't match you with a suitable trainer or mentor, you choose a new time, a different trainer or a refund for the affected sessions.
